Discussion of your goals. Training plan for you to follow in your own time either in a home gym or commercial gym. The plan is designed to achieve your goals within a realistic time frame. Nutrition guidance. Weigh in and body fat percentage fat calliper testing. Text check ins and monthly fat calliper retest designed to keep you on track.
Cancellation Policy
Group lessons: Once booked and paid for no cancellation or refunds are possible. If I cancel a lesson that you have booked in to, the lesson will be carried forward to the next available lesson that you can make within a 3 month period. Once booked you can reschedule a lesson for another group lesson in the same week but if you cancel altogether in that week then that lesson is forfeited.
