Nutrition guidance. Weigh in and body fat percentage fat calliper testing. Text check ins and monthly fat calliper retest designed to keep you on track.
Cancellation Policy
Once booked into a specific group lesson, no cancellation or refunds are possible at any time. If there is a space on another day in the same week you can switch your lesson to the alternative group lesson in the same week. If you do wish to switch to another lesson in the same week and a space is available this must be done at least 48 hours before the revised lesson time. If there is no space in another lesson and you cancel your lesson booking, the lesson is forfeited. If I cancel a lesson that you have booked, the lesson will be carried forward to the next available lesson that you can make within a 3 month period. The earliest you can book in to a group lesson is 30 days prior to the scheduled lesson. The latest time you can book into a group lesson is 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson.
