Pilates retreats

Withdrawing from our every day lives to reenergise and focus on ourselves is an important if underestimated action.

I hold pilates retreats here in East Sussex throughout the year.

What the retreat entails?

  • 2-3 days of switching off from the computer/ from our phones

  • in a beautiful setting 

  • with space to spend time alone or with like minded people

  • Practising pilates

  • Movement workshops

  • Sound healing

  • Walking, running, cycling, or just resting & recuperating 

  • Getting creative

  • Eating good, wholesome, vegetarian/ vegan food
