An opportunity to use the full range of professional pilates equipment - reformers, Konnector straps, Cadillac, Tower, ExoChair, WundaChair, Ped-o-pull. Alternative options: personal training on full commercial equipment or boxing fitness training. Specify please on booking in. Private sessions can be booked as a one off, or at a discount in blocks of lessons.
