Cardiovascular fitness and strength and conditioning in sessions of 45 minutes - 60 minutes. Use of commercial grade treadmill, Concept 2 Rowe and Skierg, cable pulley machines and free weights in a session intended to get you focussed and working towards your fitness goals.
